Elisha has been practicing as a psychologist for the past 20 years while completing her studies and raising a family. As a busy working mother, Elisha is aware of the benefits of taking time out. She recognises that this can range from gym time, charity walks, scuba diving, ocean swims and coffee with friends to finding quiet time (a challenge) for reflection and enjoying the moment.
Elisha is well aware of the juggling act that is the daily life of busy women and is committed to shifting the focus of ‘just getting by’ to a feeling of empowerment and ’embracing the challenge’. Elisha has experience in working with individuals, couples, families and groups. Her expertise and commitment lies in promoting the benefits of mindfulness in reducing the stress associated with contemporary living, enhancing role satisfaction and creating healthy coping styles.
